Strict AI Model Training Only: Your submitted images are analyzed strictly by automated computer vision to evaluate skin barrier indicators (surface texture, visible oiliness, redness, hydration loss, hyperpigmentation) and to calibrate model performance across Indian climates, humidity ranges, and melanin-rich skin types.
No Facial Recognition or Tracking: Photos are never processed for biometric surveillance, citizen identification, social media profiling, or third-party marketing.

Allergy Warnings & Mandatory Patch Testing
Every individual's skin physiology is unique. Formulations that are well-tolerated by 99% of people may occasionally trigger contact dermatitis or hyper-reactivity in sensitive individuals.
Mandatory Patch Test: You agree to patch-test any newly purchased product behind the ear or on your inner forearm for at least 24 hours prior to full facial, neck, or lip application. User Data Rights & Right to Be Forgotten
We believe you own your personal routine history. Written logs, product shelf inventories, and skin sensitivity preferences are securely encrypted and never sold, rented, or brokered to commercial data collectors.
Right to Be Forgotten: You may at any point request the immediate and total deletion of your profile, routine logs, and chat consultation history with Glowie by emailing privacy@skingoals.com. All records will be wiped within 48 business hours.

Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property Protection
Users agree to utilize SkinGoals and Glowie solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial skincare guidance. You agree not to:
Scrape, extract, crawl, or harvest routine data, ingredient conflict databases, or proprietary formulas using automated bots or scripts.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying prompt frameworks, training architectures, or system directives of Glowie.
Submit malicious files, abusive inputs, or fraudulent materials through the chat or photo-upload interfaces.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkinGoals Technologies, its founders, directors, employees, and software engineers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your purchase, application, or misuse of third-party cosmetic products.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
